Helical Finned Tube

During furnace operation, hot flue gas carries a lot of waste heat through the convection section. Our products quickly catch and transfer this heat. They take heat that would go out the stack and put it back to work. This significantly lowers the exhaust gas temperature. It also raises the inlet air temperature to the furnace. The burner works better, and the furnace heat transfer is more stable. So the total heat efficiency goes up, and fuel use goes down. Our helical finned tubes use high-frequency welding. The fins and base tube bond tightly. The heat conduction resistance is very low. The weld is strong. Under high heat, vibration, and long running time, our finned tubes do not loosen, fall off, or crack.

The base tube and fin material can be chosen based on medium temperature, corrosion level, and dust in the flue gas. Our helical finned tubes work in oil refining, hydrogen production, ethylene, aromatics, and many other conditions. We can make fins with different heights and densities. We can change tube length, diameter, and arrangement. This makes our finned tubes match the convection section design of different furnaces perfectly, giving the best heat transfer.
