Pyrolysis Tube

Our products use 35Cr45NiNb high chromium nickel alloy. The chromium content is 34.0% to 37.0%. The nickel content is 43.0% to 48.0%. The heat resistance temperature reaches 1100°C to 1150°C. Under extreme cracking conditions, these products still keep high strength and resist bending. We use centrifugal casting to make the tubes. This gives a uniform structure and high density. The tubes can resist carburization and high temperature oxidation well. This makes the pyrolysis tubes last longer. We have two types: horizontal tubes and vertical tubes. They can fit different ethylene cracking furnace structures.
