Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Scenarios

Core equipment corresponds to oil extraction, mainly used for oil and gas extraction and well production operations:

Drilling/Cementing/Workover Equipment: Used for drilling oil and gas wellbores, hardening well walls, and maintaining the normal operation of producing oil and gas wells. Adaptable to different extraction environments such as onshore oil and gas fields and offshore drilling and workover platforms.

Oil/Gas Production Equipment: Directly used to extract oil and gas resources from formations, including gas lift drainage, well restoration, and gas injection for oil production. A typical example is the Xinran oil-free reciprocating compressor, which is suitable for the complex conditions of ultra-deep oil and gas fields with high pressure and high sulfur content, supporting the efficient extraction of deep gas and shale gas.

Oil and Gas Gathering, Transportation, and Storage Scenarios: The core relies on transportation and storage equipment to ensure the transfer and storage of oil and gas from the wellhead to refineries/terminals:

Long-distance pipeline compressors and centrifugal process compressors: These are responsible for natural gas pressurization, adapting to the transportation needs of the national trunk pipeline network and regional branch lines. They can precisely adjust pressure and optimize energy consumption. Containerized skid-mounted units can quickly complete unloading and pressurization operations at LNG receiving terminals and pressure maintenance in storage tanks, improving peak-shaving capacity.

Storage tanks/buffer tanks: Used to store crude oil, intermediate products, and refined oil products, ensuring production continuity. They require high sealing and corrosion resistance, and are suitable for oil and gas storage facilities and transfer stations of different sizes.

Petroleum Refining and Chemical Production Scenarios: Covering the entire refining and chemical process chain, this is the most core scenario for petrochemical equipment applications:

Reaction equipment: Such as hydrotreating reactors and catalytic cracking reactors, these are the carriers of core reactions such as crude oil catalytic cracking, hydrorefining, and ethylene cracking. They require high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance. Currently, China's manufacturing technology for ultra-large tonnage hydrotreating reactors has reached the world's leading level.

Mass transfer separation equipment: including atmospheric and vacuum distillation columns, absorption columns, and rectification columns, etc., separates different components in crude oil through physical/chemical methods, and is key equipment for the production of gasoline, diesel, aromatics, and other products.

Heat exchange equipment: such as tubular furnaces and heat exchangers, provides the necessary heat energy for crude oil cracking and recovers waste heat from the process, requiring a heat recovery rate of over 85% to reduce production energy consumption.
